November 23, 200619 yr The bait isn't required, and I would not recommend getting them. Unlike the previous Deadfall trap, the bait will be used each time you set it on there. But raw rainfish can be fished using a fly fishing rod and spiny feathers (or w/e). The falcons are given to you by the NPC in the falconry. You'll need 43 hunter and 500 gp.
