Okay, I just had to switch Slayer assignment because the Morytania Master's was too hard for me. The new one from Burthorpe however, stands on 33 Kalphites! Does it count for Kalphite Workers as well?

Yes. Any monster with 'Kalphite' in its name will be counted in your slayer assignment.

Yep, if you have a kalphite task, then it means you can kill all the kalphites from the workers all the way to the queen herself.
