Same thing as anything else, just insert knives as what you are buying.

Well, you get Initiate Armour from the "Recruitment Drive" quest. Its white armour with gold trim. You get normal White Knight Armour from completing the "Wanted!" quest.

ok um now what is the name of the axe that is made from a bone or which quest do u get that from

If you mean bone spear/bone club, you can get them from goblins under lumbridge after finishing Lost Tribe quest.

also how much does rune boots cost and do u need any requierenent to equip them
