Barrowing w/ Veracs?

Can somebody direct me or write a short guide on how to barrows with veracs. I love to KQ with people, but when nobody can go, barrows is another great money-making minigame. Being efficient ftw!

But I'd recommend forgetting the holy wrench, and replacing it with a super strength pot. And replace the dbaxe with either another monkfish or a super defence potion. And do karil before verac.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And the Jagex Mods can't seem to agree if the salve amulet will help.
