If you can get into mining guild:

 

 

 

I timed a few runs for getting coal, if you use the east Fally bank and use the mine entrance below the bank, I can make around 6 minute runs from bank to bank mining iron.

I too am looking to get mining level up from 64 to where I can mine addy or better. Anyway since I can use the fairy tale rings would the coal mining area in Miscellania be best then use the ring to go and bank in land of fairies?
