Laugh in the Jokul's tent in the Mountain Camp. Beware of double agents! Equip a rune full helmet, blue dragonhide chaps and a fire blattlestaff.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Show Laugh emote in tent with Muddy Rock inside. Mountain Camp is part of Mountain Daughter Quest, and you have to at least start it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After showing the emote lvl 108 Double Agent will attack you, he fight with melee and doesn't poison you like Saradomin Wizard always do.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After you kill the Double Agent, repeat the emote and Uli, second double agent will show and give you the casket.

i just got a new clue, it said "panic in the heart of the haunted wood. beware of double agents! have no items equipped when you do."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

to solve this go to the haunted woods west of canafis and wear nothing, then use panic emote deffirent places untill a guy called Uli apears, talk to him and he will give you your reward or another clue, but be aware as the clue says, it might happen that another person called "double agent" apears, he is lvl 108, he isnt that dangerous tho, i just used dds spec on him, i dont know if you could run from him but you might try.
