Just tested out bomber cape and jacket. Found that it does NOT reduce weight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In other news: Penance Gloves = -5 kg

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spottier Cape + Boots of Lightness + Penance Gloves = -13 kg
