Hotmail

It's been over 24 hours since my hotmail email account quit working. I can see that I have new emails from my MSN messenger, but when I try to sign into hotmail to check my mail, the page will remain white as if it is trying to load and will give me the "The page cannot be displayed" message.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have tried to access my email through a number of different ways and have also tried to check it from other computers through my house with no luck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is this a problem on my end or is everyone having a similar problem? I use my email alot for school and I really need access to it.

1) Clear all your temp internet files.

 

 

 

2) Have you tried accessing it through a computer not on your network?

 

 

 

3) Use any other browsers?

1) I have cleared all of my temp internet files (on all the computers I have tried in the house)

 

 

 

2) I just tried accessing it on my campus computers and it does indeed work there

 

 

 

3) On all of the computers in my house I tried accessing hotmail through Firefox and IE

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I could be wrong, but this seems like some kind of ISP problem. My email isn't the site that is not loading, there are a very few other sites that do not work. I just find it strange how most pages load just fine, but then theres just a few that will not load.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: I fixed the problem finally, I unplugged my cable modem and router and that worked
