On the top of the page next to the logo you should see a profile button.

 

 

 

Click on it then scroll all the way down.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can upload it from your computer or enter a web adress(link in adress bar).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remember: Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB.

To post a picture in your signature, you have to upload it (like Malhavok said) then copy the link in the signature form of your profile.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You must use tags for the picture to show : image%20adress

and you might want to use another signature... really. Im sure that image is against the signature rules.
