Off-topic: My prayer display looks just like that currently.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On-topic: Yeah, if you pray at the "Altar Of Saradomin" on the second floor of the "Prayer Guild" (aka "Monastery"), that altar will overcharge you by +2 prayer points above the normal limit. The boost will remain until you die or it is used up and you're back at normal limit, and you can push it over limit as many times as you like. BTW, 31+ prayer is required to enter that guild, so congratulations for making it. =D>
