I have 2 options depending on how my eyesight is...

 

 

 

1) 5/10, it looks like you just copied from game, then outlined picture, added name, and placed on a background you found on the internet.

 

 

 

2) 8/10, if you did the guy, and background yourself.

The guy looks like a clip-drawn screeny, just across a background probably used in a tutorial.

5/10, all it is is a simple background and a strong wind filter.... :P could use some improvements
