i got 3 marks is there anyways these go away?

I believe the only way to get rid of black marks is just to wait it out. After a long period of time, JaGEx deletes those black marks for good behavior I believe.

Jagax doesn't delete with time. They just had a sudden turn around of good will and deleted all the black marks form before june 2006 i believe. There is not a set date where you black marks go away. But sooner or later jagax will probably get rid of black marks on some accounts. You while just have to wait close to a year.
