Pkmastachaos Posted December 11, 2006 Share Posted December 11, 2006 The mosquito proboscis can only be obtained at the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio mini-game, it shouldn't take long to get really, spend 10-20 mins there and you'll probably get more then one.
