Microsoft released a handful of Security Fixes today (Tuesday 12 December 2006).

Patching these vulnerabilities is very important.

 

 

 

If you want to see exactly what fixes are available and what is being patched, click on the link above and then click on "Custom".

 

 

 

Select the Critical Updates offered by Microsoft, install them, then reboot.

 

 

 

Go back to Windows Update, select "Custom" again, and select any of the other upates offered.... like the DST fixes and Windows Media Player 11, etc.
