Ya the shading is great but the lighting is a bit off and the sword looks weird. Try different sword proportions and maybe make the handle a bit less pointy.

I agree. The outlines of the background and charactors is the base of the sig. Shading just like a coat over ur sig to make it look better but without good line work, shading is worth near nothing.
