how do i get there??

Pick the lock on the trapdoor in lubridge forest. It's in the middle of a bunch of ruins. The trapdoor has a picture of a ham (bad pun by Jagex) on it. Once you pick the lock and open the trapdoor, just go down. I don't know if you have to do the Lost Tribe quest to get down there.

Just keep walking west of Lumbridge until you see a ! mark on the minimap. Before Draynor tough
