you should check the knowledge base on RS.com: it gives a list of all the quests and what skills they give exp. to. go to the KB and then go to quests and then go to quest experience page.

 

 

 

and as for smithing, the best one would be knight's sword (12,725 or so smithing)

This is where they want I should sign?

Uhm... The cook assistance quest gives cooking xp... And that white knight quest gives smithing xp... Can't remember the names of them.
