Is it true if you lvl your attack and defense up to 40 then just keep lvling up with strength your HP on someone is much greater?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I hear with a rune scimmy with lvl 60 strength you can hit 16's and 17's is that true?

a 40/80/40 has the same combat lvl as a 55/55/55, but has twice as much exp, thereby giving that person more hp.

I have 59 str and I can only hit 16-18's with d long's special, so I doubt rune scimmy would hit that.
