ok youre supposed to pickpocket sigmund for the key to his chest with the HAM robes...but i lost the key and when i try to pickpocket him again...it says "you've already stolen sigmund's key" some one help?

I believe you'll have to go to the HAM hideout and pickpocket members there for their clothes, or buy a set.

in the quest guide it says

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Go back to the Duke, and he orders you to find the castle's silverware that went missing, and that unless it's returned, they'll have no option but to war against the goblins. Now it is time to use the key that you thieved from Sigmund earlier. Use the key on the chest in the room just south of the Duke and Sigmund. In that chest, you will find a set of H.A.M. Robes. it practically means you gotta get the robes INSIDE of SIGMUND's chest, not any other HAM robes? =\ ill try your idea though

Oh, you haven't gotten past the part where you prove he's part of H.A.M. I thought you needed the sets for another part later on, like I did.
