Since the description is "shading work" I'm guessing I should only critique the shading...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It looks pretty accurate, based on the style this is done. Right eye seems a bit dark, and I don't know if the bottom part of the face on the left side should be that dark, down by the lips... The light seems to be coming from my right eyeball, if I was staring right at her. Looks pretty good as far as the technical side, which I believe was your only intent. So, good job. :)
