If you don't have your own webspace you can use online random signature scripts aswell such as Uzzisoft (Max of ~8, >30kb) or Caiyern (Max of 1024kb). i have never heard of a siggy using PHP?????? Where did you learn that? Most siggys are just images adapted or animated Dynamic signatures change. You'll need to write a script to rip and parse the highscores page off runescape.com, store the level data and then use PHP's image manipulation commands to insert the data into your images and output it.
