According to guide this is supposed to get me +3 tea in the gold rimmed cup.

 

 

 

But all I get is +2 tea in the white cup. I can make that myself. How can I get the +3 version?

Once before in a update, jagex claimed it could no longer work for teak shelves 1. You need teak shelves 2..

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
