How to i get the teleport seeds to the elf lands? Do i need to do a quest?

i dont get what you mean the crystal seeds are tomake a crystal shield or bow...but to get tothe elf lands you got to do regecide.....accept if you mean that giant city (unseen) sourrounded by crystals nothigns in there and u cant go inthere

There is such an object called the teleport crystal, you get it by starting Mourning End prt I quest. It teleports you to Lletya in Isafdar.

Finish Rolving Elves, talk to Eluned to receive elf crystal (also start point for Mournings End Pt 1).
