Buy some blank dvds and a dvd recording drive. Download nero, or something simular. BURN.

To create a DVD video, playable on a DVD Player, you absolutely MUST have DVD burning hardware, which can be found at Wal-Mart for about $100. Then use a program such as Nero to burn the video onto the DVD.
