I am going to get 65 str on my str pure with 40 atk and 31 prayer. My max hit with a rune scimitar at that level using aggressive slash and with an amulet of strength, a strength potion and Ultimate Prayer on (increases strength by 15%) is 18. If I use a rune battle axe in the same situation, my max hit is 21. Please tell me what I should use for pking. Thank you very much.

Speed and accuracy vs. Speed and power. You make your pick. Personally I'd go with the scimitar.

Never, NEVER use a b-axe for pk'ing. To be honest there [cabbage]. They hit to slow, and only a couple more. Use the scim for fast hits and whats wrong with a 18? god they can only heal liek 14 with a swordie and most pk'ers use lobs which is 12. So your still hitting 6 more then they can heal. Use the r2h for the K.O's
