December 24, 200619 yr Don't train Strength with a Whip, it's to slow. December 24, 200619 yr If you have the money i believe str training with dharocks is pretty good. You could also just grab a Dragon scimmy/Baxe/long (whichever you prefer) and just start training with it. For what to train on, PC is the best if you can get into a good group. As monsters go rock crabs and experiments are the best exp.
