and... why?

all the chars r boxy, very little shading, bad perspective, bad anatomy on some, horizontal transistion from land = sky, sign is randomly sitting ther, so is the tree. doeesnt compare to terleys n thts what i rate pixels on

i think that you need more shading, color contrast, anatomy, and its just plain old... well... empty...
