December 28, 200619 yr If you don't want a lot of food, I'd suggest using the first floor of the Stronghold of Security. They rarely hit me (but I have 56 defense). Level 27 is the highest you'll see. Good especially if you're a pure. Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D
