You will need to bring, 3 or 4 water skins if walking there. I would take them if running there too, just to be on the safe side. There is a little charge to get through the shantay pass too, which is a very small amount. The Shanty Pass is south of Al Kharid. There you can buy water skins.

-Once in the Quary, you will not need any water skins. It will be just like the normal RuneScape world. :)

You can't get desert heat in the mines. A faster way to get there is:

 

 

 

1. Use magic carpet to pollnivneach and walk to the south carpet guy and just run west

 

 

 

2. Set your house to pollnivneach and repeat #1 except the magic carpet part
