Anyway, doesnt the torag's pl8 have the highest defence bonus in the game? Well i dont know the specifics, but i do believe the highest def bonuses come from torags.

good advice, however I have a d skirt and want to know what to wear with it to help in combat?

personally, I wouldn't use a d skirt as dragon is overpriced, but If I were you I would use a rune pl8, fremmy helm or d med, and rune def/rune kite/d[]
