Can the bow use brutal and ogre arrows? Also, can the mind shield protect against the skeletal wyvern (from slayer) like the elemental one?

I can't give a definite answer, but I'm pretty sure only ogre bows can use them.

Cool.

Unless they changed it, I remember reading on here, when the mind shield came out that it doesn't work against skeletals.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.
