It's quite useful. I'm getting kind of tired with everyone saying "I don't know how to post a picture!" Or asking for info on threads.. It's annoying! SO.. I made a little guide for those who don't know how. IT'S NOT HARD! :) ***1.**THE PHOTO!** Press the 'printscreen' button on your keyboard. It should be located east of the backspace key or your F12 key. Note: Press only when you've got what you want on the picture , on your screen! :) ***2.**WHERE DO I PUT IT?** Open Microsoft 'Paint' and right click to select paste! If paste won't show up, and you're SURE you hit 'printscreen' click the top right box on the toolbar and try again. :)( this button) ***3.**CROP & SAVE!** Once again select the And select all that you want to actually show up on the pic. Right click on the selected part and click COPY again. Then go to FILE:New: Don't save. Right click and paste! You should now have exactly what you wanted! If not, you're [developmentally delayed]ed. Now! To crop! If you notice a bunch of white area around you pic, this is BAD. VERY BAD. IT\t WILL bite you if you don't get rid of it. Select the tool and go to the bottom right corner of your paint window (Use scrollbars if necessary!) Click the small blue dot and drag it to the SE corner of your pic so there is no more white space! YAY! I'm PROUD! CLICK SAVE! Save somewhere where you can find it. I suggest saving as a .PNG file. :) YAY! ***4.**UPLOADING!** Now you need to upload your pic to the web! You need to find a site to host your image! What? You don't know any? That's OKAY, I've got some! WOOO! I suggest : -www.imageshack.us -www.uploader.us -www.photobucket.com Now that you're at one of these sites(we'll pretend you went to imageshack.us) You'll see a little blank bar and a 'Browse' button next to it. CLICK the 'Browse' button. Locate picture! Wherever you saved it! If you can't find it, make sure "All Files" is selected at the bottom of your browse window! WEE! Click on your file and the once-blank bar will not be blank anymore! YAAAY!!! Now, find the little grey box that says 'Host It'. This is GOOD! CLICK it! Now you should get to THIS screen! Left click the TOP box with the URL and the IMG tags in it! Copy this whole thing! ***5.**POSTING** Finally the most important step! POSTING YOUR PIC!! Go to your Thread box and PASTE the URL with the IMG tags on it right where you want it to go! SIMPLE! Now you can finish your message and post it! View your topic to see how you did! YOUR DONE!
