It's suggestion. And I don't believe you can directly send them suggestions. Although I know Jagex Mods do read our Suggestion Board.

I think you can send Jagex a suggestion. Try going to the customer support link from the main page and choose which category. "Suggestions" might be one of them. Or, if you are a member, the best thing is to post it onto the Official forums. It is more likely to be noticed by Jagex than on here, but if you are f2p, our suggestion board is the next best thing.
