Well *IF* you completed Monkey Maddness, you should definately use that course. Otherwise, you probably will want to use the Brimhaven arena and collect tickets for the bonus stuff after you get at least lv45 Agility. If not, use the Barbarian Course (have fun with the Bar Crawl). Once you reach level 52, use the Wilderness Course until you get level 56. You really don't need to bring food to the Wilderness Course, although bringing a few things might help for the skeletons out there. You can't actually die from the obsticals, but the skeletons hit 3s, and if you get hit those a couple of times (since you probably won't have armor with you), you most likely will die.

NO! NEVER USE THE BRIMHAVEN COURSE! Complete the barcrawl right away, and use the barbarian course. When you can use the wilderness course, use that. Eventually, you will get to a point where you will never fail the ape atoll course, then train on that one.
