Healing when logged out

Do you heal when you have logged out? Even if it is very slowly, because I am doing Dragon Slayer (Melzar's Maze part) and forgot any food, just when I need to kill a lesser.

No, your health remains exactly the same whilst logged out. No matter how long you've logged out for.

But, if you log in and then stand in a safe area, it will regenerate after some time. Just be patient.

Hehehehe, that happened to me too, I had 8 hp left and I waited at the end of the corridor till my health regenerated.
