How can i make an image clickable to take me to a website?

Ok, so i'm not sure if i should of asked here, but as it is the media board, and this is a media related question...i was just wondering how i can make an image clickable to go a website...The image is in my sig (refresh until you get the ranged one" and the website is the "support me here" one. I only want the link on the first one. Can anyone tell me how to?
