Featured Replies

First of all, want to say sorry for not posting anything new in a while... been very busy lately.. with school back and all... :wall:

Well Skully requested a sig from me through PM and asked for it to be unique.. "like your current sig" so I tried.

When I saved the image and went to close Photoshop.. I just remembered. DANGIT, Forgot to save the PSD! ..oh well, I could make this again if I really felt like it.

Protect the Light...

dont worry about posting stuff in a while :P

it goes like this:

the sig is awesome = i love it = perfect

It's a bit too washed out for my tastes, not enough contrast.

Also the text is kind of poor IMO, I like the placement but it doesn't look terribly good.

I like the focus point though, good job. Maybe just add a curves layer and play around with it a bit to get more contrast.

This is what I would do IMO:

It also helped me notice the arrows better.

Yeah that looks a lot better ^^

I was going to contrast it like I do all sigs in white/blue. But I forgot.

I NEVER do curves and I've never tried them for that purpose lol.. maybe I should.

Oh, you don't know what your missing. I almost always use curves in my signatures :). Just do a Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves  . Gives you so much control over the image.

I think the one with less contrast looks better <3:

i love that sig  one problem; it isnt mine

i personally prefer the contrasted version. you can see the details better, like some of those arrows on the right hand side, i couldnt see before. but i love the colours, and i love it overall

edit: got bored and played around. the i just raised contrast, lowered brightness a tad and raised saturation a little.
