icecube Posted January 9, 2007 Share Posted January 9, 2007 Composite Bows are a new variation of bows, like a short or long bow. They're speed is inbetween and the range bonus is greater than short. They don't have much of a use in training but some people said they'd be ok for PKing because of the range.
