I am planning to make a cartoon to go on a site. I m using imageready for the animation. I was wondering if it is possible to make a button clickable. If so, please explain how.

Yeah, the "clickability" from it is from the coding. Unless you mean to embed a button within the image, in which case, no. You'd need flash for that, and need to save it as a flash file.

 

 

 

Gifs are seen as one image and can't be sliced.

Actually, there IS a way you can make a button clickable inside a image. It is called using a background image + a embedded image over it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you place the embedded image in the right place people won't be able to tell it's two seperate images.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can also use maps to make certain parts of a image clickable. But it takes a advanced coder to know how to set the map coordinates.
