I just got a complete one and its worth like 90k+ and I was wondering, exact street price and what does it do?

Basically it opens a silver chest in Taverly where you get an uncut dragonstone (always) and other random loot (sometimes even runite bars).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's worth about 50k-60k, around the price of glories.
