Not that I have a problem with that... If I knew I was allowed to I'd have a link for a direct download of Photoshop 7 or CS here in a second.

Gimp is about the only (decent) free program that I know of. It isn't the best but it is what I used before I bought Photoshop.

i use gimp... except i think its harder to use than Photoshop and its hacker-oriented.. blah its decent though.
