In the price guide, it says white armour is available to buy from a shop. What shop is this, and where is it? Also, is white armour members-only? Thanks. :)

Yes, it's members only. It's unlocked after the wanted quest. But you can only buy a few items at first. You have to gain ranks before you can buy all items. You can gain ranks by killing black knights.

Gaining white knight rank is required to buy greater parts of the set, but any pieces can be bought from other players and worn on completion of the Wanted quest, without gaining rank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

White equipment is members only, and is equivalent to black, but with +1 prayer to each piece.
