Use the gif or Png export function. goto File > Export and choose either Gif or Png Optimizer.

 

 

 

Then click the Transparency tab, and select what kind of transparency you want..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Be aware, Internet Explorer users cant see the png Alpha Channel transparency, but yeah, who uses IE :roll: *cough*getfirefox*cough*

Yes, gif transparencies work in IE.. But gid transparencies stink.. Unless its for pixelwork transparencies, then gifs are ok.. But as long as you can, use Png Alpha Transparencies :P
