I want to build a portal room (for future barrowing) and I need to direct a portal to Canifis. This is an Ancient magik spell.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My question: do you need to have the ancient magik spellbook activated to be able to direct the portal, or will the magic level, 200 laws + 100 bloods and desert treasure requirement do?

You DO NOT need to have the ancients spell book open, to direct your portall, just the runes will do...
