Viktorkrum77
Ok, not to long ago I opened my computer to dust it, without touching any components, because I used a shotvak. Anyway, after a huge hassle trying to get the computer to boot up and find memory (found out plugged in iPod was the problem), I now have another error. Whenever I turn on the computer, it goes through the checking and then stops after 'second slave', and says, 'keyboard error or no keyboard found', and I've tried 3 working keyboards (including the one I'm using now) and nothing. So it's a problem with the computer, it was working earlier today, so what could possibly be wrong, and how can I fix it? Me doing staff.

Viktorkrum77
The iPod is unplugged. My computer is new, and is custom, and as far as I know, does not use any sort of battery. :-k It's just so weird that the jack would die like that, considering it worked not even 4 hours ago. So I'm still contemplating the problem. Me doing staff.
Viktorkrum77
OMG! Got it to work. See, I took apart the keyboard to clean it (bad idea :XD:), so when I put back together the keyboard, I flipped upside down a board, and when I plugged it in, I must have fried the SP/2 slot, so we went out an bought a USB keyboard and we got it to work!! \ But thanks anyway, and the PM'd info was an interesting read, thanks.
