Title: Fire Mage Line Art, Back with color!

Description:Its back! With a new coloring style! This is the first time i've ever colored something, so I didn't go into detail with the shading and lighting. My future works will contain a lot more detail. And I'm sorry for the terrible lineart, I needed something to color real quickly, and I didn't want to waste my other better ones. Pardon for the crappy drawing.

ok look... whats so wonderful about PS is the fact that there are layers... what you should of done is somthing like this

Layer 1 - origanal work

Layer 2 - a trace over of your linework to clean it up (this is why I want a tablet - it can help quite a bit)

Layer 3 - Basic colors

Instead i get the feeling that its all on one layer and I KNOW you didn't retrace your work... the retraceing is how you get smooth lines that flow together and don't look like skinny pencil lead... which is what yours looks like

Now the picture itself imo is really nice... Nice fingers on both hands.. Your lips might need a bit of work or that could have been what you were going for... I would really clean up that neck though

I had 7 layers total, I already told you guys that I didn't want to go into detail, because this is a test run. Also, I have a mouse, so its very hard to trace back in the Line Art, and I have no experience with the pen tool. D:

I also already noted that I didn't want to use pieces that I already outlined, because it would be a waste to just use a test run on them.

Thanks for the constructive crit, I appreciate it.

Sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on my computer lately.

The layers were for easy coloring. I didn't want to go out of the lines, so I set the layers so you couldn't go past a certain area.
