January 24, 200719 yr Hello, Im just coming up to around the range lvl of 46 and Ive been doing minotaurs since lvl 20. These are great but the exp gain has slowed down quite a lot. Was just wondering what you would suggest moving on to in the next few levels and if anybody could post a levelling plan, that would be great, thankyou. Callofktulu.

January 24, 200719 yr Im just coming up to around the range lvl of 46 and Ive been doing minotaurs since lvl 20. These are great but the exp gain has slowed down quite a lot. That happens no matter what you train on. Every level requires about 10% more exp than the previous level. You earn exp based on the hit that you do and not, directly, on the monster's level. So, moving on to higher level monsters may actually slow you down if the monster is harder to hit. Plus, if you don't safe spot it, you may need more food. Was just wondering what you would suggest moving on to in the next few levels... Why? Higher level onsters could be slightly more efficient in terms of arrow efficiency and give better drops. But, you earn Range exp according to Exp = HitDone * 4 So as long as you are (arrow) hitting something, you are earning steady exp which is what you want for leveling. ...and if anybody could post a levelling plan, that would be great, thankyou. My advice is to find a spot (SoS) with a lot of frequently spawning lower level monsters with a safe spot. Cast a Curse on the monster first to pull it over to your safe spot and then start to range it. That way, after the monster dies, all of the arrows are in the loot pile. If you pick up 75% of your arrows then you can get 4x the amount of shots out of them. That can save you a lot of money. If your combat level is more than 2x the monster's combat level then they, normally, won't attack you. That can make moving around a lot easier. Hope this helps
