I think Jagex has something prepared just in case their ratings plummet, but that's only a guess on my part. I don't think they have reached their peak yet. The game still has some possible improvements, so it's still going to be quite a while before Runescape falls.

No. Jagex is no where near running out of ideas for RuneScape. I don't think they will ever run out of ideas. And if they did they will probably hire someone to come up with more ideas.
