As well, its random on how often you get the items, and what items you do get (if at all any). That's just an average amount of runs. There's no guarantee that after 40 trips you'll get an item. When I was doing barrows a lot, I had fairly good luck there. But my friends doing it with me, very little. They ended up quitting on barrows because they got fed up with not getting anything. Barrows is a decent way to TRY to make money, but it's not as good/fast of an option as say fishing sharks or cutting magics or something that doesn't rely so much on luck.
