~Can't Log On - Please Help =s~

Featured Replies

~Well, as you assume, i can't open the Runescape Homepage. Any ideas or help please?~

~If this is supposed to be in another section, please direct me there.~

~Thanks~

You can't open the home page or the page that the game is actually on.

If its the homepage, check that that runescape isn't blocked in any way on the computer, and that your internet is actually connected.

If its the game, you might need to download SUN Java, or on the bottom of the details page, change the java type to unsigned java, if you know you have java on your computer.

Have you got it in your not allowed list?

If you're on IE, go tools>internet options>click security>Click restricted sites> see if runescape is accidentally in there.
